Legal regulation of rain seeding contract Ph.D. thesis at the Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law at the University of Karbala discussed the doctoral thesis tagged (the legal organization of the rain seeding contract – a comparative study -) by the student Ali Ahmed.
The problem of the study was represented in the absence of a special regulation or rules regulating the rain seeding contract in the Iraqi legal system, and it is considered a defect that must be avoided due to the great importance of this contract at the present time, especially what our country suffers from the scarcity of water at the present time.
The thesis aimed to establish a legal regulation for the rain seeding contract in terms of clarifying the obligations and rights of the two parties, as well as the statement of the penalty if one of the parties violated these obligations. In conclusion, the researcher reached a number of results and recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of setting special rules that regulate the rain seeding contract away from the general rules because they are not sufficient to organize this important contract.
